How much does it cost to join UPA Hillsborough?

$10 Early bird first-year registration through Oct 31, then $25. Dues are paid in person — Venmo, Zelle or Cash — at your league venue, not online.

Do I need experience to join?

No prior experience is required. Tell us your self-rated skill (or pick "New / not sure") and we'll place you on a team where the SSR handicap keeps every match fair, whether you're a first-timer or an advanced player.

Question 3

What if I'm under 18?

Accepted Answer

Players of all ages are welcome and there is no minimum age. Some host venues have age limits (18+ or 21+ bars), so we'll match you to one that fits. If the applicant is under 18, the form asks for a parent or legal guardian's name and email and their consent before it will accept the application.

Question 4

What happens after I apply?

Accepted Answer

We place you with a nearby sanctioned venue and a team that fits your preferences, a captain or the league office reaches out about your first night, and you pay your dues at the venue when you break your first rack.
